USMC upgrades AN/PRC-117G radios with MUOS
Harris has been awarded a USD75 million US Marine Corps (USMC) contract to upgrade the Falcon III AN/PRC-117G manpack radio fleet with the Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) waveform.
The contract, announced on 14 January, follows a similar buy in late 2017 to upgrade about 1,000 USMC Harris
