Asean foreign ministers begin talks, Rohingya on agenda

CHIANG MAI: Foreign ministers of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations began two days of informal talks on Thursday, with the Rohingya crisis, particularly the issue of refugee repatriation, high on the agenda.
