President Donald Trump sent a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Thursday, informing her that an apparent trip she had planned to Brussels, Egypt and Afghanistan "has been postponed" while the government shutdown continues. Pelosi a day earlier sent Trump a letter suggesting they reschedule his State of the Union address due to the shutdown.
