IS Claims Apartment Building Explosion, Bus Bombing in Russian City of Magnitogorsk

As an "exclusive" in issue 165 of its weekly newspaper, al-Naba, the Islamic State (IS) claimed credit for the apartment building explosion and subsequent bus bombing in the Russian city of Magnitogorsk.
