Jordan Morris still in national team picture
After a year lost due to injury, Morris wasn’t a formal member of January camp, but they asked him to stop by anyway.
Starting their first year under Gregg Berhalter, the United States men’s national team is short on forwards in January camp. Just three forwards are on the roster Jeremy Ebobisse (Portland Timbers; 0/0), Christian Ramirez (LAFC; 0/0), and Gyasi Zardes (Columbus Crew SC; 40/6). At this time, the collection of American forwards succeeding in MLS is shallow.
One answer may be Jordan Morris.

Morris has 25 caps and five goals at the senior level. If he is healthy and performing for the Seattle Sounders, the young(ish) forward could return to the team that launched his professional career.
