Depends what and how you want to lose it.

If it’s weight you want to lose and not exercise, slimming world works, long term the food gets a bit dull but the weight will come off if you stick to the plan.

Me and the mrs are currently doing the body coach 90 day plan

It’s brutal

No carbs apart from after exercise. Meals are all individually tailored and you have to do 4-5 30minute hiit sessions a week.

In two and a half weeks I’ve lost about ten inches off chest, waist, butt, arms and legs.

The aim of the plan is to turn fat into muscle, 5lb of fat is huge in comparison to 5lb of muscle. I’m pretty big but carry it well as I have a big frame. So I’m just looking to get rid of my moobs and love handles ????

But no point doing anything unless you truly want to change. It’s easy to say you want to, but only you really know if you can be arsed for the hard yards
