The teenager accused of shooting and killing an Alabama police officer will be charged with capital murder, authorities said.
Marco Perez, 19, fatally shot 30-year-old Officer Sean Tuder Sunday afternoon as police tried to arrest him on a previous charge in Mobile, according to authorities. Perez had skipped on a court appearance earlier this month for a stolen firearm charge and had been on the run for about two weeks, Fox 10 reported.
