No quick progress expected in peace talks with Japan: Kremlin

As the meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe nears, the Kremlin on Monday said a peace treaty is unlikely to be signed over a territorial dispute between the two countries.
