[Track & Field] Several Warriors Earn High Marks at Northwest Open

MARYVILLE, Mo. – With a full complement of athletes for the first time during the indoor season, Midland University competed in the 2019 Northwest Open this past Saturday. The Warriors were one of nearly 20 teams that competed inside the newly constructed Hughes Fieldhouse in Maryville, Missouri on the campus of Northwest Missouri State University.

"We showed a lot of competitiveness this weekend and had a lot of really good performances against some very good competition," stated head coach Daniel Gerber. "I expect that we will continue to raise the bar, especially as we start to see more conference competition over the next few weeks."
