Listening to the FTC wrap up its case against Qualcomm, it seems they are trying to correct something the market already fixed. Whatever advantage Qualcomm had by being first to market with new technologies has been mitigated over time by competitors such as Intel, MediaTek, Samsung, and HiSilicon.
