Juventus coach Allegri has dig at AC Milan over Higuain management

Juventus coach Max Allegri has had a dig at AC Milan over their management of Gonzalo Higuain.

Juve are in the process of allowing Chelsea to take over Milan's loan arrangement for the striker.
