Oh, you thought the champ-champ attempts were done? We’ve got another one coming up this Saturday, January 26th, although Ryan Bader is fighting for a vacant heavyweight title instead of a reigning champion. Bellator MMA’s reigning light heavyweight king is in the heavyweight Grand Prix final against the legendary Fedor Emelianenko, with the winner crowned the promotion’s heavyweight champion. Bellator has never had a simultaneous two-division champion, but Bader is trying to do what Rory MacDonald failed to do a few months prior.

As for the rest of the card, the co-main event represents another compelling matchup for super prospect Aaron Pico, who takes on featherweight veteran Henry Corrales. WWE star Jack Swagger, real name Jake Hager, makes his professional MMA debut against J.W. Kiser, Juan Archuleta takes on Ricky Bandejas at bantamweight, while Brandon McMahon vs. Adel Altamimi opens the broadcast. BJJ star A.J. Agazarm also makes his MMA debut, but he’s on the prelims.
