India, Ukraine to resume stalled An-32 upgrade programme for IAF

India and Ukraine have agreed to resume the upgrade programme for the Indian Air Force’s (IAF’s) fleet of Antonov An-32 ‘Cline’ turboprop transport aircraft as Kiev has developed alternatives to replace the Russian-made systems in the platforms.
