Spain slashes spending

The Spanish government is to invest less in airports and air traffic management (ATM) in 2019, despite increasing its total infrastructure budget to EUR10.02 billion (USD11.38 billion).

Investment figures, presented to parliament on 14 January as part of the government budget announcement, mark an
