[Men's Basketball] Threshers fall to #1 OKWU after competitive first half
NORTH NEWTON, Kan. - The Bethel Threshers (13-10, 8-9) took on the #1 ranked Oklahoma Wesleyan Eagles (22-1, 16-1) last night in Thresher Gym. Bethel came out ready and stayed close to their counterparts, holding a lead with 4:15 to go in the first half. The platoon-system that the Eagles were able to implement in the game proved to be too much, as fresh legs and offensive weapons on every spot on the floor led Oklahoma Wesleyan to a 78-57 victory.
