Vicksburg, MS (WAPT) — A 61-year-old man is in jail, accused of shooting his estranged wife in the face, Vicksburg police said. Victoria Jefferson, 31, told police her husband, Milton Ray Jefferson, shot her after she would not stop to talk to him. The Jeffersons had been separated for about a month, police said.
