Senate passes bill to fund government through Feb. 15

The Senate on Friday passed legislation to reopen shuttered federal agencies through Feb. 15, sending the measure to the House.

The Senate approved the measure by voice vote. The House was expected to pass it later Friday by unanimous consent.
