As severe cold sets in, snowstorm aims at Minnesota

A winter storm watch was issued for much of southern Minnesota, including the Twin Cities, and western Wisconsin. About 5 to 9 inches of snow is expected late Sunday and into Monday. After that, it gets *really* cold next week.
