Bellator 214 odds: Bader favored to finish Fedor
Check out the betting odds for Saturday’s Bellator 214 main card, where Ryan Bader is favored to beat Fedor Emelianenko inside the distance in the heavyweight GP finals main event.
Bellator 214 will crown a new 265-pound champion tonight as the final round of their heavyweight Grand Prix concludes from Los Angeles, California. Bloody Elbow has the betting odds.
The main event has the promotion’s light heavyweight champion taking on MMA legend Fedor Emelianenko in the final round of the GP. With a moneyline of -280, Bader is strongly favored to come out victorious. On the flip side, Fedor is the largest betting underdog of his career with a tag of +240.
The odds are saying that the heavyweight GP finals are going to end early. ‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ opened up with a heavily favored line of -305 before bouncing up to the -750 mark. ‘Fight goes to decision’ sports a hefty underdog line of +450.
Going one step further, the bookies have Bader finishing Fedor. ‘Bader wins inside distance’ owns a strong favored line of -215, with ‘Not Bader inside the distance’ being available for +165. By comparison, ‘Emelianenko wins inside distance’ sits a sizable underdog mark of +290, with ‘Not Emelianenko inside distance’ heavily favored at -410.
In the co-main event slot, 4-1 featherweight prospect Aaron Pico is substantially favored over the surging 16-3 veteran Henry Corrales. Pico can be picked up with a moneyline of around -450, and Corrales can be had for about +360.
Just like the main event, the oddsmakers do not see this one going the distance. ‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ is quite favored with a moneyline of -300. ‘Fight goes to decision’ can be found around the +220 mark.
Pico is actually favored to finish Corrales inside of 15 minutes. At -230, ‘Pico wins inside distance’ sits in the favored role. ‘Not Pico inside distance’ can be scooped at dog odds for +170. As for his opponent, ‘Corrales wins inside distance’ clocks in at a whopping +745, with ‘Not Corrales inside distance’ hugely favored at -1575.
The Jack Swagger vs. JW Kiser odds seem to be all over the place depending on what betting site you are looking at. Swagger absurdly ranges from -650 up to +415, and Kiser’s spectrum stretches from -500 up to +450??
Bellator 214 takes place this Saturday, January 26, and will air live on the Paramount Network and DAZN at 9:00 P.M. ET. The prelims will begin at 6:30 P.M. ET.
