McConnell warns against early exit from Syria, Afghanistan

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says that Islamic State and al-Qaida militants still pose a "serious threat" to the United States and is cautioning the Trump administration not to pull troops from Syria or Afghanistan too soon
