January 26, 2019 [A Year in SF Bay]

Beautiful Saturday morning on the bay! All smooth and crisp.

Today is also my sis Jean’s B-day…Yay, Jean! AND my grandson Henry’s 3rd year birthday, so Yay, Henry! Also today was my first day with a microphone, so my first interview. The lucky winner was Miguel who was out on the dock shooting pix when I found him.

Very good swim, 9 minutes to the not-flag-but-now-a-small-buoy-marker, so that was good! 14 minutes to the opening and then 20 minutes back the docks so just over 44 minutes in the water. My arms are slowly getting used to every day swimming and longer times, but still sore!
