Widow says settlement over arrest vindicates her husband

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - The widow of a former Ohio State University football star says the $6.5 million settlement she's receiving from a Columbus suburb for the arrest of her late husband is vindication for him but worries his reputation will remain sullied.
