Newport News, VA - The Washington Adventist University women's basketball team edged out The Apprentice School Sunday afternoon by a final score of 63-55. The Shock swept the season series 2-0 for the first time in program history. With the win, the Shock also made history with the best start to a season in program history improving to 16-8.
