The notice came hours after CBI dragged Kolkata Police to Supreme Court for filing an interim application seeking court direct the police to cooperate with the agency’s investigation into the Saradha chit fund cases. Sources said a three-member Bhowanipore police team showed up at the 16th floor Nizam Palace office of CBI joint-director Srivastava Monday afternoon and served him the summons under CrPC Section 160.
