TEHRAN (FNA)- Chairman of the Iranian parliament's Economic Commission Mohammad Reza Pour Ebrahimi lashed out at the European states for their failure to insert a mechanism in their proposed INSTEX (Instrument for Supporting Trade Exchanges) to facilitate Iran's oil revenues transactions.
