Student dies after a block of ice hits him in the head

As a result of his injuries, a young man died on the spot. Another student was hospitalized.

The frames show how a group of students quietly walking along the sidewalk, separated from one of the buildings by a metal grid. Moreover, the distance of the pedestrian zone from its walls is at least two meters. But suddenly snow and large chunks of ice begin to fall from the roof. One of them was fatal to a foreign student.

Earlier that the head of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, dismissed the head of the Frunzensky District for inappropriate snow removal.
