Fire destroys garage in Birkirkara

Huge flames ravaged a garage in Triq Ignazio Saverio Mifsud in Birkirkara. An eyewitness described the dramatic ball of fire that lit up the street.

The fire has since been brought under control but the surrounding properties were affected, Mark Theuma told the Times of Malta.

Another eyewitness said that the car inside the garage had been completely destroyed.
