TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei issued a decree, pardoning or commuting the jail sentences of a large number of Iranian convicts on the occasion of the 40th Anniversary of the victory of 1979 Islamic Revolution of Iran.
