[Gates] Removing sprocket + disk from Alfine IGH?

Hello,

I need to replace the well-worn, 22T Gates CDC sprocket — I assume it's a CDC, but I see no reference — that's powering the Alfine 11 IGH on my city bike.

1. Once the cassette joint is off the bike, how should I proceed to remove a) the LHS disk, and b) the RHS sprocket?
