Las Vegas monorail extension likely won’t be built by Raiders stadium opening

With 18 months remaining until the Raiders relocate to Las Vegas and their under-construction $1.8 billion domed stadium, a major transportation project being looked at as a key driver of tourists to and from the stadium area is in flux.
