A40 crash: Pregnant woman and husband who died in crash with coach while fleeing police 'were not present at burglary', IOPC reveal

The young newlyweds who died after their car crashed into a coach after a police pursuit were not present at the time of an aggravated burglary that prompted the officers' response, the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) revealed.
