The growth of outsourcing in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) at 20-25 percent per annum coupled with superior profitability made the IT sector a hot spot in M&A activity, AVentures Capital reported. The region had over 70 M&A transactions in the past 4 years, spanning 2015 through 2018.
