I purchased a used Cannondale Six13 from eBay and upon preliminary inspection I see that one of the water bottle cage “riv-nuts” on the down tube is broken. The threaded part is gone on the upper one. There is the aluminum flange but no interior threaded portion. I looked up a few YouTube videos...
