Shorten says cyber security should not be part of the Dept of Home Affairs
February 19, 2019. Opposition leader Bill Shorten speaks to the media in Canberra about the recent cyber attacks to parliament. He suggests that the Department of Home Affairs have a number of problems and says the cyber security co-ordinator should not sit within Home Affairs but rather report to the Australian Signals Directorate.
