SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Relatives of a young mother who died in July when her car was struck by a police officer who ran a red light are suing him and the city of South Bend. The South Bend Tribune reports that the family of 22-year-old Erica Flores filed the federal wrongful death lawsuit Friday.
