A boy in Austin, Texas, set up a hot chocolate stand on Saturday, February 16, to raise money for President Donald Trump’s wall along the US-Mexico border. Shane Stevens shared a video on Facebook of his son, Benton, outside a shopping center selling hot chocolate for $2 a cup. For an additional 50 cents, customers could buy a large “Nancy Pelosi” marshmallow or, for no extra charge, customers could have smaller “Beto O’Rourke” marshmallows. In a follow-up post on Monday, Stevens said Benton had raised over $2,200 through a Venmo account. Stevens told Storyful on Tuesday that, so far, Benton had raised almost $5,000 dollars in total.
