Leonardo inaugurates new facility for AWHero UAV

Leonardo has opened a new facility in Pisa, Italy, for the dedicated production of its AWHero rotary-wing unmanned aerial vehicle.

The first pre-production example of the AWHero was unveiled at a ceremony on 15 February, and according to the company the new facility will initially have 60 employees
