North Dakota Senate passes Democratic-sponsored ethics bill

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - North Dakota's Republican-led Senate has unanimously approved a Democratic bill that develops rules to comply with a voter-approved constitutional amendment aimed at ethics reform.
