Robert Saladaga is accused of rubbing hot peppers and hot sauce in Sabrina Emerick's children's face, genitals, and eyes, which police say Emerick allowed to happen. Saladaga is also accused of shooting the children with BB guns, making them take showers in extreme temperatures, and suffocating them with a pillow.
