Dad ‘held his four-year-old son’s hand on hot stove to discipline him’

Jacob Miller, 29, allegedly held his child's hand to a hot stove to discipline him, leaving the four-year-old with third-degree burns. According to authorities, Miller has a been convicted of domestic violence in the past.
