At historic summit, Pope Francis calls for ‘concrete measures’ against cleric sex abuse

Pope Francis said the assembled Catholic leaders at a landmark summit at the Vatican were obliged to discuss, frankly and in depth, "how to confront this evil afflicting the Church and humanity."
