Man shot and killed outside of a convenience store

The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify the individual, depicted in the following surveillance video excerpts,as part of an ongoing investigation into the shooting death of a 31 year old male on Tuesday, February 5th, 2019, at 4982 Thompson Street (southeast corner of Thompson and St. Bernard Streets). The male shooter fled on foot and was last seen east on Thompson Street towards Lancaster Avenue.
