WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that defenseman Jeff Taylor has been reassigned by the Pittsburgh Penguins (NHL) to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton from the Penguins’ ECHL affiliate, the Wheeling Nailers.
