Springfield man killed in logging accident

SPRINGFIELD, Vt. (AP) - Police say an 80-year-old man was killed when his logging skidder overturned in Springfield.

WCAX-TV reports that passing snowmobilers spotted the overturned skidder Friday night and found a man pinned underneath. The victim was identified as Guy Lariviere.
