WW2 veteran who wished for 100 cards for 100th birthday sent 10,000 from across globe

A Second World War veteran who wished for 100 cards to help him celebrate his 100th birthday was amazed when people from all over the world sent him a mountain of more than 10,000 cards and gifts.
