Guest teachers in the city have expressed unhappiness with the Haryana Guest Teachers Service Bill 2019 which was passed in the Haryana Assembly on Wednesday. The teachers TOI spoke to said that the bill meant that they would have to work as guest teachers for 58 years and still not get benefits of a regular teacher.
