Pochettino responds to claims that Harry Kane triggered losing streak
Tottenham Hotspur looked to be in a bad spot when Harry Kane picked up yet another ankle injury against Man United back in January.
The England captain faced six weeks on the side-lines recovering, a time in which Dele Alli was also out injured and Heung Min Son was away on duty with South Korea.
However, despite Kane’s absence, Tottenham didn’t drop a single point in the Premier League in this time, even picking up a 3-0 win over Borussia Dortmund in this time too.
Eventually Kane made his comeback in the Prem, far earlier than expected, and even scored on his first game back against Burnley.
Despite this, Tottenham still lost the game 2-1, before losing again in mid week against Chelsea.
Kane has looked far from his usual self...
