Bournemouth Sports in Limelight
Sophie Barcsai won two titles at the Welsh National Championships in Cardiff on the 2nd-3rd March. She is National Champion at U11 and U13 (dropping only one end in both of these events). Also she was in the Semis of the Cadets (under 15's) which was won by Anna Hursey. In the Irish Nationals which took place at the same time, 12 year old Emily Flynn, who has trained at Bournemouth in preparation for this event, dominated, beating all other 8 contenders to become Irish National U13 Champion.
