Polish Air Force MiG-29 fighter jet crashed

At 13:17 PAF MiG-29 from 23rd Tactical Air Base in Mi'nsk Maxowiecki crashed shortly after take off ( 4 minutes) in forest area near Stoczek village in Masovian Voivodeship, 1,2 kilometer from nearest building, 10 kilometers from my home. Pilot (1200 flight hours on this type) ejected, later was found in good condition and taken to the clinic in Warsaw by W-3PL Gluszec helicopter from 2nd CSAR group 23rd Tactical Air Base. Military plane was supposed to take a technical flight after the work carried out on it.

A MiG-29A ( tactical number 40, had 2000 flight hours, was build in 1989 ) crashed in the woods, causing a fire, that has already been extinguished, the radio station RMF FM reported.

Ten fire brigades and police from neighbouring Wegr'ow and Military Police from Mi'nsk Mazowiecki 23rd Tactical Air Base have reportedly been sent to the place of the incident.
