[Softball] Softball Player, Pitcher of the Week

Racquel Ward of Siena Heights and Alexa Cherney of Lawrence Tech were named the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Softball Player and Pitcher of the Week, respectively. Ward drove in 8 runs, including a three-run homer against No. 24 Jamestown, while hitting .571 through four games. Cherney struck out 18 and gave up no earned runs on four hits to go 2-0.
